After setting the short course 400m World Record at the World Athletics Indoor Championships 2024, she is considered to be one of the top prospects for the podium at the upcoming Paris Olympics.

McLaughlin Levrone redeemed her top position in the 400m hurdles once again at the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials by breaking the world record with a time of 50.65s.
