Femke Bol shared updates about her running 150m during track training ahead of the 2025 season. Bol competed in her second Games at the Paris Olympics, medaling in three events.
At the Paris Olympics, she helped the mixed 4x400m relay to the gold podium and amassed the 400m hurdles bronze and 4x400m relay silver in a National record time of 3:19.50 min. Bol ended her successful season with the Diamond League finals win in the 400m hurdles, adding the fourth trophy to her repertoire.
Months later, she posted a glimpse of track training, running the 150m with her teammates, Lieke Laver and Andrea Miklos in anticipation of the 2025 season.

In another Instagram story from December 10, 2024, the four-time Olympic medalist shared a video of her lifting weights in the gym. She captioned:
"Good start of the last week here."
Femke Bol started her year with a win at the Dutch Indoor Athletics Championships, breaking her 400m short track world record in 49.24s. She improved her world record time to 49.17s at the World Indoor Championships and won the 4x400m short track relay event in 3:25.07. Her momentum continued at the World Relays, where she anchored the Dutch team to the coveted silver behind the US team.
Besides defending her European title in the 400m hurdles, Femke Bol also collected the mixed 4x400m relay bronze and women's 4x400m relay gold at the European Championships. She held the No.1 position in the World Athletics Rankings from 2021 to 2024.
Femke Bol expressed gratitude for her successful 2024 season with a heartfelt note
Bol, who boasts eight World Championship medals, four Diamond League trophies, and ten European Championship wins, was grateful to the 2024 season that saw her run below 51s in the 400m hurdles, nab three medals at the Olympics, and succeed in other major competitions.
She took to her Instagram to pen a heartfelt note, reading:
"Season 2024. It’s been an absolutely crazy year full of moments I’ll cherish forever. From world indoor champion in a world record to defending our European titles, going sub51 on the 400 hurdles, to winning hthe Olympics and finishing it off as Diamond League Trophy winner in Brussels. The road to all of this has been just as beautiful as the achievements, thanks to my amazing team." (September 22, 2024)
After her season, she took a vacation to Sicily with her boyfriend and Olympic pole vaulter, Ben Broeders.
