Just a few months ago, during the Paris quadrennial event, Anna Hall shared important personal insights that guide her track career..

In an interview, Hall stated that she knows that every day of her track career won't always be a "straight line" and that she will face ups and downs. She also mentioned the role of her journal in keeping her relaxed and in a clear frame of mind before track meets. She said (via Women's Health Magazine):

"At the end of the day, I do this because I love it. I’m chasing my dreams. I've been forced to learn a very important lesson: The trajectory won’t always be a straight line."

She further added:

"Any time I’m not having fun or getting too nervous before competition, I open it up. I read along, and it centers me, and reminds me of who I am, what I’m there to do that day, and where my head space is supposed to be.”

Hall has made a name for herself in the athletic world courtesy of her performances in recent years. She has secured top-podium finishes in numerous events such as the USATF Championships (2023), and NCAA Championships (2022). Moreover, she also clinched a bronze and silver medal in the heptathlon event at the 2022 and 2023 World Championships, respectively.
