Gabby Thomas, gold medalist at the 2024 Paris Olympics, displayed the level of her fitness in a recent update by showcasing her abs while enjoying her time away from the track with her boyfriend Spencer McManes in the Maldives.
After qualifying for her second Olympic Games in June, Thomas had a remarkable run in the French capital, where she won three gold medals. First, she triumphed over a star-studded lineup of Julien Alfred, Dina Asher-Smith, and Brittany Brown to win the 200m gold with a time of 21.83 seconds.
After that, she played a pivotal role in Team USA's success in the 4x100m and 4x400m relay alongside Sha'Carri Richardson and Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone respectively. The American team achieved the second-fastest time in history to win its eighth consecutive gold medal in the women's 4x400m with a time of 3:15.27 seconds. After the Paris Olympics, the 27-year-old runner participated in a number of Diamond League events before facing defeat at the hands of the 200m Olympic bronze medalist Brittany Brown at Athlos NYC in September.
Following her impressive 2024 season, Gabby Thomas took a trip to the Maldives' Joali Being recently, where she was joined by her boyfriend Spencer McManes, whom she has been dating since 2022. On her Instagram stories, Thomas posted a picture from her vacation of her enjoying a refreshing sip of coconut water.

Gabby Thomas also posted a TikTok video with her boyfriend Spencer McManes, where she joked how the resort staff cut them off after they had three spicy margaritas in just one hour. In the video, the couple can be seen grooving to Maps by Yeah Yeah Yeahs.
"My and my bf when the wait staff cuts us off after our 3rd spicy marg in one hour," read the video text.
"We're good I promise," she wrote in the caption.
During her Maldives trip, Thomas also tapped into her culinary skills, where she learned to make sushi and shared her preparations on social media.
