Gabby Thomas took a selfie inside the car after her workout, gearing up for the 2025 track season. Thomas has full-fledgedly started training for the upcoming season after winning three gold medals at the 2024 Paris Games.

A Harvard University graduate, Thomas amassed 22 SEC Conference titles during her NCAA career. Her first Olympic stint was in Tokyo 2021, where she clinched the individual 200m bronze and silver as part of the 4x100m relay event. The 27-year-old then soared to her first World gold, winning the 4x100m relay alongside her younger counterpart, Sha'Carri Richardson.

In the build-up to Paris, Thomas won the 200m dash at the London Diamond League. She continued her excellence at the Paris Olympics, clinching three gold medals in the 200m, 4x100m, and 4x400m relay. She ended her season with an appearance at the Athlos NYC, the women-only track meet introduced by Serena Williams' husband Alexis Ohanian.

Months after, the 27-year-old took to her Instagram handle to flaunt her post-workout looks in a selfie after embarking on her preseason training.

In a recent Instagram post, she confirmed the conclusion of the first week of training for the upcoming season. She posed in a dusty rose athletic outfit from her partner brand New Balance, celebrating her achievement.

Thomas recently got her hair colored in light auburn by Tasha J of Fiber Salon Suites. The hairstylist affixed heavy 22-inch raw Cambodian clip-ins, as evident in her Instagram story from November 25.

After her Olympic success, Thomas vacationed in Maldives, presented at the Vogue Fashion Fund awards, and attended the US Open finals, and New York Fashion Week, among others.

Gabby Thomas was also part of the winning 4x100m and 4x400m relay teams at the 2024 World Relays.

Having started her training for the upcoming season, Gabby Thomas recently received a welcome from the big-money athletics league, Grand Slam Track League. She will join the likes of her fellow relay athlete Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone as a Racer in the league.

She shared her thoughts on the new venture, appreciating the legendary Michael Johnson's vision and expressing anticipation over racing in the four Slams in 2025.

“I am so excited to be joining Grand Slam Track, and partnering with Michael Johnson to give our sport the platform it deserves. Coming off of the Olympics, I want to continue testing myself and competing at the highest level against the fastest women in the world," she said. (via FloTrack)

"Grand Slam Track allows us that chance in 2025. Michael’s vision is incredibly exciting, and I can’t wait to give the millions of track fans around the world even more chances to watch us compete. I look forward to seeing all of our fans at the four Slams next year.”

In the Ohanian-hosted event, Athlos NYC, Gabby Thomas finished with the 200m silver while Brittany Brown soared to victory.
