Paris Olympian Aleah Finnegan received birthday wishes from her LSU teammates Haleigh Bryant, Ashley Cowan, Alexis Jeffrey, Kathryn Weilbacher, and Leah Miller. In addition to the athletes mentioned, Finnegan’s Olympic teammate Levi Jung-Ruivivar also sent her heartfelt wishes on her 22nd birthday.
All the aforementioned names wished the Filipino-American gymnast on their Instagram story. Haleigh Bryant, the 2024 NCAA all-around champion, wished the LSU senior gymnast, captioning the post:
“Happy @aleahfinn day!! Beyond grateful to have you in my life!! I hope 22 treats you so well Show more images🩷🩷🩷”
Junior Ashley Cowan wished her with a beautiful picture of the two, asking her followers to wish Finnegan:
“Everyone go wish @aleahfinn a happy birthday!!”
Senior Jeffrey posted multiple pictures of the two in a collage and captioned the story:
“Happy bday to my bestie! Hope you have the best day and I love you so much 🫶”
Levi Jung-Ruivivar, who also represented the Philippines at the Paris Olympics, uploaded a story to wish Finnegan, writing:
“Happy Birthday🫶 so grateful I got to experience the Olympics with you”

Aleah Finnegan and Haleigh Bryant react as LSU Tigers win first-ever NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Title in 2024
Haleigh Bryant and Aleah Finnegan reacted to the LSU Tigers winning first-ever NCAA Women’s Gymnastics Championships in 2024. Both made important contributions as the team, with a total score of 198.225, defeated California Golden Bears (197.850), Utah Red Rocks (197.800) and Florida Gators (197.4375) to win the title.
Right after the LSU Tigers captured the title, both Bryant and Aleah Finnegan spoke in an interview with ESPN, who were visibly emotional after leading their team to victory. Finnegan reflected on their 2024 season campaign, adding (0.33 onwards):
“We've all worked so hard this entire season and I looked to them before I went and I just we wanted this so bad I wanted it for them and that routine was for every single one of them and everybody in this room.
Bryant next expressed her emotions on the historic achievement, saying (1:04):
“I don't even think I can put it into words this is literally the moment we have dreamed about since we step foot on this campus as freshman and just we worked so hard and just sacrificed so much and just I have no words I'm just so proud of this team we fought to the very end we it wasn't over until it was over and we got there.”
Bryant, who also won the AAI Award and Honda Sport Award in the season, expressed her gratitude to the fans for their unwavering support during the interview.
