Lyles, in an interview on Colin Waitzman's Track World News, opened up about his bonding with Bromfield and revealed that he has a lot of knowledge about the Jamaican track campus.

"Junelle being Jamaican and having trained in MVP, I have been getting the drama from the Jamaican camp at least five years now," Lyles said. "There is a lot of times I make references about Jamaicans but I am not trying to go back and forth, like I know information that other people don't."

The couple has been dating for the last two years, and Bromfield recently opened up about celebrating their two year anniversary on the track, running for the Olympics, as both of them booked their berths to the 2024 Summer Games after dominant performances in the US trials. The Jamaican took to her Instagram story and said:

"Almost our two years anniversary❤️❤️❤️. We both will be running on that day😂😂."

Lyles re-posted the story on his social media handle, and wrote:

"OMG HOW HAS THE TIME GONE SO FAST."

The couple started dating in August 2021, and Bromfield shared a heartfelt one-year anniversary wish in August 2022, confirming their relationship. After a terrific performance at the US Olympic trials and the Jamaican National Championships, Noah Lyles and his girlfriend will both be seen competing in the Paris Olympics, which is scheduled from July 26 - August 11.
