Harper Murray, Bergen Reilly, and other Nebraska Volleyball players reacted to Lexi Rodriguez's emotional farewell post after an incredible journey with the team. Rodriguez reflected on her journey with the team as an NCAA athlete and expressed her gratitude for getting the opportunity to compete at the National level as a part of such a historic program.
The American athlete shared an emotional video as she bid goodbye to the team after their final-four loss post an incredible run in the NCAA Women's Division 1 Volleyball Championships.
"Hi Husker Nation, it's Lexi. I wanted to say Thank you one last time. The Last four years have been better than I could have ever imagined. I know I never won a National Championship but to me I won way more just by being a part of this program. Nebraska Volleyball allowed a little girl's dream to come true - the dream of playing for something bigger than herself. The dream of playing the sport she loves on the biggest stage and a dream of finding a family that stuck by us through everything," she said.
Her post left fans emotional who took to social media to express their thoughts on the team's journey. Along with the fans, players from the Nebraska Volleyball team and other teams reacted to her post and shared their feelings.

Lexi Rodriguez on Nebraska Volleyball's impact on her life
Lexi Rodriguez spoke about the impact of Nebraska Volleyball's program on her life in a post game interview after the team's final four loss at the NCAA Women's Division 1 Volleyball Tournament.
The 21-year-old athlete broke down in tears as she thanked her teammates for believing in her and supporting her throughtout her time as a student athlete in the University.
“Every single person (that’s) a part of this program is just truly amazing people. They really changed my life. They just believed in me, every single person, every single day, from the moment I stepped on campus. You can’t find that anywhere. You truly can't," she said.
Having made her final appearance for the Huskers, Rodriguez decided to turn pro and has signed a contract with League One Volleyball's Omaha Team.
