Track and field's power couple Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall are always quick to show their love and support for one another. Most recently, Woodhall penned a touching note for his wife on Thanksgiving, as they celebrated the festival together.

For the Woodhalls, 2024 has been a busy schedule. Tara Davis-Woodhall began her season competing indoors and storming to gold at the World Indoor Championships in March. She kicked off her outdoor season in May, winning the Arkansas Twilight, USATF New York City Grand Prix, and the U.S Olympic Trials before heading to the Paris Olympics where she was crowned champion. The long jumper ended her season unbeaten at the Rome Diamond League.

Meanwhile, Hunter Woodhall's season saw him claim Paralympic glory in Paris. The 25-year-old clinched the 400m T62 gold and the mixed 4x100m relay bronze at the Games. With this, he took his total Paralympic medal tally to five.

Now, as the couple enjoy their offseason together, Woodhall penned a touching note for his wife on Thanksgiving day, writing on his Instagram story,

“Thankful for getting to live this life with you. Thankful to get to go home with you. Thankful for the way you love me. Thankful for you. Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving. Safe travels home if you're on the road.”

After the conclusion of their 2024 busy season, Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall have been enjoying their time away from the sport to explore some new interests. Most recently, the duo visited the F1 paddock for the Las Vegas Grand Prix, with the long jumper sharing some snaps from their trip and writing,

“One thing is for sure, we got a thing for speed and Vegas.”

Before they visited the Las Vegas Grand Prix, the Woodhalls also made a red carpet appearance at the GQ’s Man of the Year event, where Hunter Woodhall was named GQ's Sexiest Man of the Year as a Supportive Partner in 2024. The runner shared pictures of the couple on the red carpet and wrote,

“GQ's Sexiest Man of the Year as a Supportive Partner in 2024. Translation: Trophy Husband. Thanks for all the votes and love. Was cool for us little country kids to feel Hollywood.”

Apart from their fun outings, Tara Davis-Woodhall and Hunter Woodhall's off-season has seen them move base from Arkansas to Kansas City. The duo made her change to continue training under their long-time coach Travis Geopfert. The move has also seen the long jumper take up the role of assistant coach at the K-State University.
