"I bring it up to the bed"- Shaun White reveals his morning routine with girlfriend Nina Dobrev

The American snowboarder, Shaun White, appeared in an interview, where he opened up about how his routine as an athlete. He revealed how he wakes up his girlfriend, Nina Dobrev, who previously starred in The Vampire Diaries, early in the morning.

Dobrev and White have been dating since 2019 and made their relationship official on 18 April 2020, through an Instagram post. The former shared a video of washing the groceries with White's hands, which led to the recognition of the Olympian's tattoo and the confirmation of their relationship. Following this, in February 2021, the actress shared an adorable Valentine's Day post for White on Instagram.

Recently, in a conversation with the Ka'Chava, a health-oriented brand, White opened up about his morning routine with Nina. He unveiled that he prepares and brings a shake and tea for her to the bed. He also added how he makes his morning shake with the Ka'Chava powder.

"It usually consists of me waking up, having a shake, having a workout, and then I have to make Nina a shake and her tea," said Shaun White. "I bring it up to the bed, I drop that off to her. I'll have like, have a couple cups pre-made, I'll have some bananas and some Kachava scoop and some things just like ready to go. All I have to do is add almond milk, blend it up, and l hit the road."

Nina Dobrev recently met with an accident while she was riding a dirt bike, sustaining a fractured knee and also experiencing damage in her ACL and meniscus.

In a conversation with Entertainment Tonight, the Vampire Diaries actress revealed how Shaun White took care of him. She said that he dropped everything and took care of her and also added that it was amazing to have him.

"He's (Shaun White) had enough injuries of his own, so he definitely knew what to do," said Dobrev. "It definitely tests a relationship too because every plan that we had, we had to sort of pivot. He had to sort of drop everything and be there to take care of me, and so it's been amazing to have him."

Shaun White, who recently retired from professional snowboarding, has a total of three Olympic medals, which he won in the halfpipe event at the 2006 Torino, 2010 Vancouver, and 2018 Pyeongchang Olympics. Along with this, he also has a total of 18 Winter X Games medals, of which 13 are gold medals, three are silver medals, and two are bronze medals.
