"I was cheating"- Simone Biles makes honest confession about her pilates class after Paris Olympics success

Simone Biles hilariously agreed with Kelly Clarkson about cheating in a pilates class when her teacher was looking away. Biles attended a workout session on December 5 for the first time since her successful Paris Olympic stint.

In the French capital, the 27-year-old won gold medals in the all-around, team, and vault competitions and finished with silver behind Rebeca Andrade in the floor exercise. She next took the stage at the Gold Over America Tour alongside fellow Olympians, performing across 30 US cities.

A month after GOAT concluded, the 11-time Olympic medalist took to her Instagram stories to share a major update about attending a pilates class but leaving with a bitter taste.

"First time working out since the Olympics.....this is what I wore to a pilates class that I will never be attending again! y'all stay strong out there Imao, it was too hard," her caption read. (December 5, 2024)

On December 12, 2024, Biles sat for a chat session at The Kelly Clarkson Show, shedding light on her pilates experience. When Clarkson admitted that New York pilates was different, Biles disagreed, saying that the exercise is generally tough.

"I think it’s everywhere because I cannot do it to save my life,” the olympian said with a laugh. (0:35)

The singer then shared how her legs were trembling despite the teacher motivated her throughout the session. Biles echoed Clarkson's feelings and admitted to cheating in her pilates class when her instructor wasn't looking.

"I was shaking and when the teacher wasn’t looking, I was cheating," she said.

Simone Biles spent her Thanksgiving at husband Jonathan Owens' NFL game with Chicago Bears against the Detriot Lions. Before ringing in Christmas, the 30-time World medalist attended The Kelly Clarkson Show and confessed that she preferres warm Christmas over a cold once since she can roam around in a bathing suit.

"I want to be in a bathing suit and we used to actually go away for Christmas to Belize. So, my mom just got there on Monday," the 27-year-old said. (4:42)

When asked about her plans of joining her mother, Biles said she would spend her holidays with her husband in the cold this year.

"No, I'm gonna stay with my husband in the cold," she blushed.

Biles had a couple of other appearances in 2024, the recent being in The Voice , where she was the Playoff advisor for Snoop Dogg's team.
