"I reluctantly hit pause" - Allyson Felix shares glimpses of her Maldivian Vacation with her husband as they take a break away from work

Months after balancing her work and parenting demands, Allyson Felix has taken a well-deserved break to recharge with her husband. Felix was recently seen soaking up the sun and the serene vibes in the Maldives while sharing glimpses of the getaway.

Felix showed impressive strength and dedication throughout her athletics journey, clinching 11 Olympic and 20 world championship medals. After gracefully hanging up her spikes in 2022, the legendary sprinter stepped into the role of a businesswoman, a mother to two kids, and advocates for childcare grants for female athletes.

After months of relentless work and taking care of her responsibility as a mother without a break, the former sprinter, who recently turned 39, pressed pause for a well-earned break. The couple were seen delighting at Joali Being Beach Resort, immersing themselves in the soothing Maldivian vibes.

They were seen savoring in Watsu, a Japanese style of massage. Felix was also seen donning a chic black bikini while embracing the tropical vibes.

Although the couple were enjoying the break, they made sure to keep a check on their kids through video calls, the screenshot of which Felix shared with the fans. The multiple-time Olympian took to social media to share a few glimpses of her trip and wrote:

"I reluctantly hit pause. After months of nonstop work and parenting, this was the reset I desperately needed. Pouring back into us, refilling my cup and remembering that rest is part of the hustle.🩵"

Allyson Felix celebrated her birthday as she turned 39 on Tuesday, November 18, 2024.

She celebrated her birthday surrounded by close friends and family and enjoyed the vibes with her husband Kenneth Ferguson, daughter Camryn, and newborn child Kenneth Maurice Ferguson III - also known as Trey.

"My heart is so full," Felix wrote. "I have everything I could ever need—family 🫶🏾, two beautiful, healthy children, and a partner I adore. Grateful to God for His countless blessings 🙏🏾"

After getting married in 2018, Allyson Felix and Ferguson welcomed their daughter Camryn Grace. Five years later, the couple extended their family as they embraced their newborn son Trey on April 10, 2024.
