The American rugby sevens star, Ilona Maher recently entertained fans with a lighthearted video from a farm visit in the United Kingdom. In the clip, she humorously praised the cows, commenting on their appearance and unique hairstyle.

While touring a shelter housing Holstein Friesian cows, the 28-year-old playfully interacted with them. The cows also gazed at them with curious expressions. Maher, in December 2024, signed with Bristol Bears and relocated to the UK for training ahead of the 2025 Premiership Women's Rugby League.

She posted the amusing video on Instagram in January 2025. In the video, she had a fun conversation with the cows. She said:

"Hi, ladies. How are you today? Oh my gosh, you look so good. Oh, I love that. What have you done with your hair? Amazing!!! Heeey..."

On January 5, 2025, Ilona Maher had her debut match for the Bristol Bears against Gloucester-Hartpury at Ashton Gate, where a record crowd gathered to support the Olympic bronze medalist. The match began with Bristol applying pressure, but the away side got the win. Maher entered the game in the 61st minute and received applause for her defensive efforts.

After the match, she enjoyed a stroll around the UK for pastry adventures, sharing a humorous video while window shopping.

Inside the bakery, golden-brown treats were displayed on trays, featuring a tempting selection of traditional sausage rolls and puff pasties- classic staples of British bakeries. The video humorously showcased her pointing at the pastries from outside the bakery. In an Instagram video, she wrote a witty caption:

"Yes, I bought three different sausage rolls to start my day"

On January 12, The Bristol Bears clinched a hard-fought win against Exeter Chiefs, starting strong with a try from Phoebe Murray, a penalty try, and a score from Reneeqa Booner, leading 19-14 at halftime. Ilona Maher impressed in the second half, breaking through two tackles to score her first try for the Bears, extending their lead. Exeter responded with tries, but Bristol's resilience under pressure secured the victory.
