Ilona Maher gives four-word response to sister Olivia taking pictures of food

Ilona Maher hilariously waited for food with a knife and fork while her elder sister, Olivia Maher, took pictures of the platter for her profession as a content creator. Maher is currently a participant on Dancing With the Stars, partnered with Alan Bersten, on the back of her resounding success at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Maher, a member of the US women's rugby sevens team at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, also competed in Paris and won a bronze medal. Besides rugby, the 28-year-old won many hearts by advocating for body positivity. She has also promoted women's empowerment through her social media posts.

She then graced the Dancing With the Stars stage as a celebrity participant. In an Instagram post in October 2024, she shared a picture with her father, sister, and rugby teammates, who were present to watch her live at DWTS.

"Little different than watching rugby games but I could do anything and these beautiful people would still cheer for me," the caption read.

On November 10, 2024, Ilona sat for a meal with her elder sister, Olivia. However, she held the fork and knife firmly and waited to eat while her content creator sister snapped the food.

She captioned her post:

"Really tests my patience"

In another hilarious post on Instagram, the sisters enjoyed a "midnight margaritas" session.

"They said midnight margaritas…" the comment read.

As Ilona Maher amassed a significant following for her performances for the US rugby sevens team at the Paris Olympics, her sister Olivia gained global fame for introducing the viral TikTok trend, Girl Dinner.

The Maher sisters once went out shopping, where Olivia hilariously noted how her sister has become so popular since returning from the Paris Olympics, when she is just her "stinky little sister."

"People are literally gasping at Ilona's presence. I'm like, that's literally just my stinky little sister."

However, she confirmed in the caption that she was just joking and hailed her sister as a "literal shining light."

"Just kidding y’all she is a literal shining light and we are all LUCKY to exist at the same time as her fr."

Ilona Maher recently also debuted on the Sports Illustrated magazine cover, posing in an array of outfits for September's swimsuit edition.
