Ilona Maher teases fans by introducing Alan Bersten as "new signing" in Bristol Bears jerseys, shares hilarious pros and cons of DWTS partner

American rugby player Ilona Maher recently shared a sarcastic clip with her Dancing With the Stars partner, Alan Bersten. This comes just a few weeks after the duo competed together in the dance show.

The duo reunited just a few days back in Bristol where Maher is currently present after her signing with the PWR team, Bristol Bears. They were also seen executing various types of dance moves together for their fans.

Maher recently took to her Instagram handle to share a video featuring her dance partner Alan Bersten. In the post, both Maher and Bersten can be seen donning a Bristol Bears jersey as they showcase their friendship outside of the dance program.

"Hey Bears, we got a new signing for you," Maher said while addressing Bersten in the video.

Maher also gave a sarcastic explanation regarding the advantages and disadvantages of keeping Bersten in the Bristol Bears team. She said:

"It's going to be great. Positives, he's really light at his feet, negatives never played a contact sport in his life. Positives, great at learning routines, negatives, doesn't know any of the laws of rugby. But I think we can really make some magic happen."

Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten had an impressive campaign together at the DWTS where they finished second behind Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson.

Ilona Maher opens up about her admiration of collaborating with brands

Ilona Maher recently opened up about her love for working with prominent brands. The 27-year-old rugby player has so far collaborated with some high-profile companies such as Tinder, L'oreal and Secret perfume brand.

In an interview with Entertainmentnow.com, Maher revealed that she is currently working with the Chicago-headquartered brand, Quaker Oats. She also said that she is looking forward to this partnership and observing how Quaker Oats helps her through the day. She said:

"I’m also now kicking off my partnership with Quaker Oats and we have some fun things planned for next year. I enjoy working with brands I believe in and actually use, so stay tuned for more content around how Quaker helps keep me fueled all day long!”

During the interview, Ilona Maher also opened up about her wish to perform at the DWTS Live Tour Show scheduled to start on January 7 at the Altria Theater in Richmond.
