Jordan Chiles recently garnered a lot of attention after sharing a glimpse of herself in a denim outfit. The American gymnast is currently a part of the Gold Over America Tour, which commenced on September at Oceanside, and is currently in its off week.
After helping the US win the gold in the women's team event at the Paris Olympics, Chiles became a part of the Gold Over America Tour team, launched by Simone Biles. This tour is a celebration for all the Olympians, which was first initiated after the Tokyo Olympics for women gymnasts. However, this year, male gymnasts are also a part of the team.
The Gold Over America Tour is currently on its bye week, and its last performance was on October 20 in Fort Worth. The team will get back on stage on October 27 in Cleveland.
Jordan Chiles is currently enjoying this bye week and has turned heads with her recent update in a denim outfit. She shared a carousel of pictures on Instagram, in which she donned a funky blue-colored denim jacket and also had her makeup on point. The gymnast added the caption:
"Made you look❤️ "
The American gymnast wrapped up her 2024 Paris Olympics campaign with one gold medal, which she clinched during the team all-around event, where she and the team, which included Simone Biles, Suni Lee, Jade Carey, and Hezly Rivera, scored 171.296 points.
The 23-year-old had a roller-coaster experience during the Summer Games, as she was also ripped off of her bronze medal in the floor exercise. She initially received a third-place finish after an appeal made by her team was approved by the judges.
However, after the Romanian authority's appeal in the CAS, the medal was given to Ana Barbosu, and Chiles was again shifted to the fifth position.
Jordan Chiles opened up about having men gymnasts at the Gold Over America Tour
Simone Biles also added the men gymnasts as Paul Juda, Fred Richard, Brody Malone, Yul Moldauer, and Shane Wiskus this year in the Gold Over America Tour's team. Chiles opened up about having them on their team this year in an interview with Access Hollywood on September 21, 2024. She said that she felt good about having them in the team as they brought a different vibe to the tour.
“It’s definitely really cool, now that we have both energies from both sides,” Jordan Chiles said. “The men give a different perspective. The women, you know, we’re glitz and glam, but the men are hard-bodied, so it’s really cool bringing the two into one big show."
In the same interview, Simone Biles opened up about the excitement of the team before performing in front of the crowd.
“It’s just an honor so many people want to come out and see what the show has to offer,” Simone Biles said. “So we’re truly blessed, and we’re excited to perform tonight.”
Jordan Chiles was recently honored to be named as one of Ebony Magazine's Power 100 honoree in the Leader in Sports category.
