Noah Lyles and his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield appeared at the NFL clash between the Arizona Cardinals and the Los Angeles Rams and met legendary swimmer Michael Phelps. Following their Olympic exploits, the athletic couple was spotted at the New York Fashion Week over the past weekend.
Lyles competed in his second Olympic edition in Paris, following his three-peat performance at the 2023 World Championships (100m, 200m, and 4x100m relay). At the Games, he clocked a blistering time of 9.784s, just 0.005s ahead of the silver winner Kishane Thompson of Jamaica. However, he couldn't add the 200m victory to his Olympic medal tally, having run with a COVID-19-stricken health.
His Jamaican girlfriend Bromfield also traveled to Paris to debut in the 400m and compete in the mixed 4x400m relay for the second time. In her recent Instagram post, the couple shared a frame in the NFL arena, looking nothing less than fashion icons.
Lyles donned a red Adidas t-shirt to coordinate with the Arizona Cardinals jersey. He paired his look with sunglasses, black glossy chinos, and box braids. Bromfield sported a jet black dress, topped with a greyish black jacket and sunglasses. She also flaunted her long box-braided hair in a carousel of pictures.
They also shared a moment with the legendary Michael Phelps on the NFL field, as evident in Lyles' Instagram story.
The couple walked the New York Fashion Week runway as part of the One Piece Spring/Summer 2025 collection of One Piece Spring/Summer 2025. Noah Lyles walked for Willy Chavarria’s Spring/Summer 2025 on Day 1 of NYFW.
Junelle Bromfield received support from Noah Lyles following backlash for her color
In an Instagram post, Bromfield opened up about the criticisms and cyberbullying she faced for her skin color when she thought Jamaica was "past colorism".
"I honestly thought we were past colorism in Jamaica especially as nation that is filled with black people. I have been getting cyber bullied for weeks and when it gets talked about I’m a liar because no Jamaican was coming for my features," her caption read.
Noah Lyles' girlfriend then motivated the young girls to feel confident in themselves, no matter their shapes, sizes, and colors.
"I’m just here to tell all the girls/women on my profile that you’re beautiful no matter your shade, shape or size, and for the little black girls."
Taking pride in his girlfriend, Noah Lyles lauded Bromfield for being a beacon of inspiration to black girls and women.
"Baby you are and will always be an inspiration to all little girls feeling this exact way. I can’t wait for the day that you tell your story in full.."
Noah Lyles has ended his track season because of the impact COVID-19 had on his health.
