Noah Lyles and his fiancee, Junelle Bromfield, recently flaunted their stunning western outfits. The couple got engaged on October 12 after dating each other for two years.
Lyles proposed to the Jamaican athlete in a beautiful backdrop of a giant heart decorated with pink roses which had the question 'Will You Marry Me?' written over it. The American sat down on one knee and proposed to Bromfield, who wore a silver-colored shimmery dress. The two celebrated this special day with their friends and family.
Days after this good news, Bromfield shared a carousel of pictures on her Instagram on November 10, where the couple were seen donning western clothes with Cowboy hats. Lyles wore a yellow-colored coat-pant and paired it with a white shirt and accessorized with a pearl necklace, a white Cowboy hat, and white sunglasses.
The Jamaican, on the other hand, wore a gorgeous brown corset top and brown pants. She also donned a funky necklace and a knitted Cowboy hat. The pictures showcased the couple striking poses in their outfits.
Junelle Bromfield also shared a short clip of her posing in her outfit with the caption:
"Western girl today🤎 "
Lyles and Bromfield started dating in August 2022; however, they first met in 2017 through social media, with the latter reaching out via DMs.
Noah Lyles expressed support for Junelle Bromfield amid the online controversy
In August this year, Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield faced criticism online after the American sprinter made a claim of knowing all the information about the Jamaican camp, and credited his girlfriend.
This irked Bromfield's fans, especially the Jamaican fans, who bullied her online and passed hate comments. Amid the online criticism, Lyles showcased his support for her and shared an appreciation post on Instagram. Lauding his girlfriend's strength and athletic skills, Noah Lyles wrote:
"I just want to say how incredibly proud I am of my GF and give her the flowers she deserves now 💐. She has been through so much in her life that I could never imagine fighting through. Beyond that she is a survivor, 2x Olympian, Olympic medalists, Multi world championship medalist, and has been representing Jamaica on the world stage since she was 8 years old," Noah Lyles wrote.
He added:
"But the most impressive thing I’ve seen recently is how she’s dealt with the pure disrespect and hatred towards her from her own country. This woman has been attacked by people who have never met her, heard her name before, never seen her smile, or heard what she believes in. But she keeps moving forward knowing that God will always make a way. Thats why God keeps blessing her!"
Noah Lyles and Junelle Bromfield recently closed a deal to buy a new house for themselves.
