In Pictures: Olivia Dunne dresses up as Wonder Woman for Halloween ahead of her return to LSU

Gymnast and social media star Olivia Dunne is getting into the festive spirit, as she celebrates before going back to LSU for her fifth and final year. The youngster recently dressed up as Wonder Woman for Halloween, sharing snaps of the same with fans.

Dunne has been one of Louisiana State University’s most popular athletes since she joined the team. The American has not only impressed in the mat, but has amassed a large following on social media as well, making her one of the highest paid athletes of the NCAA.

Recently, the 22-year-old delighted her followers when she shared pictures of herself celebrating Halloween. In the photos, Dunne is dressed up as Wonder Woman and posing in a car. She captioned the snaps,

“Here to save the day.”

Olivia Dunne has always been one to make the most of Halloween, and has previously shared snaps of herself enjoying the holiday. In 2023, the gymnast dressed up as Game Of Thrones character Daenerys Targaryen, sporting Targaryen’s trademark blonde braids alongside a gray dress.

Prior to dressing up as Daenerys Targaryen, Dunne had also celebrated Halloween alongside her LSU teammate Elena Arenas. The duo shared a snap of themselves dressed as Vikings, sporting a black tank top and shorts, red beards, and even gray beanies with white horns. They completed the look with fake weapons.

After four years with the LSU Tigers, Olivia Dunne will return to the team for one last hurrah in 2025. The gymnast was part of the team that led the Tigers to their first national championships last year.

Dunne Recently opened up about how her boyfriend and MLB All-Star rookie, Paul Skenes, makes her a better athlete, telling PEOPLE Magazine,

"Paul definitely holds me accountable, which I really appreciate. Sometimes it's hard to find it within yourself to do things. I feel like his work ethic is something I've never seen before. It's very cool to hear his advice for me, and I feel like that made me a better athlete last year.”

Olivia Dunne began 2023 struggling with injury, but quickly made a comeback. She eventually competed in nine meets for the team, Tigers, averaging a score of 9.857 on the floor, and 9.838 on the uneven bars. She posted a career high of 9.900 on the floor at the Podium Challenge, repeating the feat at the NCAA Fayetteville Regional Second Round.
