In Pictures: Paris Olympics alternate Joscelyn Roberson 'works on details' of maneuvers ahead of collegiate gymnastics debut

Paris Olympics alternate Joscelyn Roberson was recently spotted in a training session with her collegiate team, the Arkansas Razorbacks. This comes just a few days before the side's season opener against Kentucky on Saturday (Jan 11).

The 2025 season is going to be Roberson's first collegiate season with the Razorbacks. The 18-year-old was also seen celebrating the holiday season with her new teammates. Roberson is now back to serious training as she gears up for her first NCAA meet.

Roberson shared a few glimpses of her collegiate practice session on Instagram as she prepares for the upcoming meets. In the post, she can be seen working on the details of her skills. She captioned it:

The 18-year-old is coming off a remarkable 2024 where she got an opportunity to be with the national gymnastics team. Roberson impressed during the US Olympics Gymnastics Trials and was named as a traveling alternate for the Paris Games. She was also a part of the national team that won the gold medal at the 2023 World Championships.

Joscelyn Roberson recently shared her thoughts after being honored with the opportunity to shoot the first shot at a Houston Rockets game. Roberson is a Texan as she is from Texarkana (290 miles away from Houston). She also practices at the World Champions Center in Spring, TX.

Roberson shared a picture on Instagram from her time during the match. In her caption, the 18-year-old thanked the Houston Rockets for giving her this opportunity. She wrote:

"Last week I went to Houston to shoot the first shot for the Rockets! 🚀 🏀 I had so much fun and it was so amazing being back in H town for the day. Thank you to the Rockets for hosting me!!"

Joscelyn Roberson was also a part of Simone Biles' Gold Over America Tour after the Paris Olympics along with other gymnasts such as Jade Carey, Paul Juda, Brody Malone, and Jordan Chiles.
