Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens recently embarked on a trip from Texas after visiting their dream house, which is in the final stages of its construction. The couple shared glimpses of their dream home and the progress in its construction with fans.

Simone Biles has been an active part in the brainstorming and planning process of their dream home. The American gymnast has been training in Texas for a long time and locked in on the city to be her base after her marriage.

However, it would be a little challenging affair for the couple to have their base in Texas considering the fact that her husband, Jonathan Owens, signed a massive $4.75 million dollar deal with the Chicago Bears for two years and would be required to travel with the team during the NFL season.

Simone Biles took to Instagram stories to share a glimpse of their private jet travel from Texas to Connecticut. They were dressed in all black as they embarked on the journey.

Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens met each other officially on the dating application Raya. However, they had a brief meeting in 2019 during a football game. During an interview, Owens even revealed that he was not aware of who Biles was until he met her, which stirred a huge controversy in the sporting world.

They started spending a lot of time together during the COVID-19 pandemic as they had free time on their hands, which is very unusual for an athlete. It wasn't until August that they made their relationship public. They posted pictures on their social media handles to make their relationship official.

Since then they have been seen supporting each other during their matches. Owens stood as a strong support for Biles during the Tokyo Olympics after she withdrew from the Games citing mental health concerns. Biles revealed that it was due to Owens and her family's support that she could recover from the adversity.

They got engaged in February 2022 and got married in April 2023. The couple had two wedding ceremonies, a courthouse wedding in Texas in April followed by a destination wedding in Mexico.
