Sha'Carri Richardson discusses her upcoming Paris Olympics campaign
Sha'Carri Richardson would be looking for redemption at the upcoming Paris Olympics, as she could not make it to the 2020 Tokyo Olympics due to the THC (a substance in cannabis) doping incident.
But a lot has changed for her in the last few years, and that's all in the past. The runner is up and ready to add an Olympic title to her kitty as she gears up to participate in the trials.
Talking about what it would mean to her if she made it to the French spectacle, Richardson stated (via NBC):
"Just literally all the training, all of the support, all of the naysayers, it pays off. It pays off in that moment when you realize when you made that Olympic team."
