Jade Carey receives major honor by Beavers State Athletics for her Paris Olympics exploits

Jade Carey was recently honored at the Beavers State Athletics for her victorious campaign at the Paris Olympics. The gymnast most recently performed at the Gold Over America Tour.

Carey had an impressive outing at the Paris Olympics, where she won two medals. The 24-year-old clinched gold in the team all-around event, where she and the team, which included Simone Biles, Jordan Chiles, Suni Lee, and Hezly Rivera, earned a score of 171.296 points to stand atop the podium.

Following this, Carey won a bronze medal in vault, where she earned a combined score of 14.466 points and was bested by Biles and Rebeca Andrade, who won gold and silver, respectively. Weeks after this victorious campaign in Paris, Jade Carey was honored by the Beavers State Athletics for her dominant performances at the Olympics.

They shared a picture of the gymnast where she is seen waving at the crowd from the field and also had her medals wrapped around her neck. The 24-year-old wore a white hoodie and layered it with a black-colored varsity jacket with orange stripes, and also wore rugged black-colored jeans. The post's caption read:

Jade Carey penned a heartfelt note after the conclusion of the Gold Over America Tour

Jade Carey was a part of the second edition of the Gold Over America Tour's team, led by Simone Biles. It was a concert-like event for gymnastics and commenced on September 16 at Oceanside and recently concluded on November 3. The end of this tour got Carey emotional as she shared an adorable post on Instagram, stating that the tour was one of the 'most special times' of her life. She also expressed gratitude towards the cast.

“Gold Over America Tour 2024. It's hard to say goodbye to this incredible show. This tour has been one of the most special times of my life and I am forever grateful to have had this opportunity. To the amazing people who worked day in and day out to make this show possible, I can't thank you enough. To the cast, thank you for making every single day so special.

She added:

"So many inspiring people that pushed me to be the best version of myself every single day. This show will always hold a special place in my heart. Stay golden.”

Jade Carey also had a successful run at the 2024 American Classic, where she bagged the all-around title, and then it was followed by a gold medal in the vault exercise at the Core Hydration Classic.
