Joscelyn Roberson turned heads with her beam performance at the Arkansas Razorbacks' preview of the 2025 NCAA season. The 18-year-old signed with the Razorbacks in November 2023, committing to start her classes in the 2024-25 season.

Roberson vied for the 2023 World Championships, but a setback during the vault warmup injured her foot and forced her out of the competition. Two months later, she committed to the Arkansas Razorbacks with the Olympic Games in foresight.

Cut to December 16, 2024, when Roberson promisingly executed a balance beam maneuver while her Razorbacks teammates cheered her on at Barnhill Arena. With a few days left for the 2024-25 season, the world medalist had taken the gymnastics mat for the NCAA pre-season event.

"Josc in Razorback Red has us beaming!" the official X post caption of Arkansas Razorbacks read.

Joscelyn Roberson traveled to Paris as an alternate for the US women's gymnastics team. Though she didn't compete, she constantly supported her teammates from the stands.

Following the Games, she and her teammates joined Simone Biles on the 30-city Gold Over America tour. Amid the month-long tour, on October 20, she and Jade Carey engaged in a fun TikTok video, taking pride in balancing their NCAA and elite gymnastics careers.

Grooving to the beats of 'We Did It' from Dora The Explorer, Carey's post caption read:

"proud of us"

The in-video text read:

"Us when we make it another day on tour without dropping out of college."

Roberson had a successful season in 2023, winning four podiums at the Pan American Championships. She won gold medals in the team and floor exercise and silver in the vault and balance beam.

Roberson competed at the 2024 US Olympic trials, executing captivating routines on the equipment. After getting selected as a traveling alternate for Paris, the four-time Pan American Championships medalist emotionally shared how competing in 2024 was not in her foresight because of the persisting pain from the 2023 Worlds injury.

"My ankle was still really hurt, it hurt bad still in February. It definitely was, ‘24’s not happening. You’re not going to get to the Olympic trials even’ because our team this year has so much depth. It was either you’re perfect or you’re not going to make it," she told to Olympics.com; (July 3, 2024)

Joscelyn Roberson joined Simone Biles-parents' run gym WCC in 2022, desiring to train alongside the 30-time World medalist.
