Ahead of joining the NCAA gymnastics season, Roberson and Chiles competed at the Paris Olympics, where the former was an alternate for Team USA while the latter won a gold medal in the Games. Chiles competed in the team all-around event, where she and her team scored 171.296 points.

Along with this, Jordan also faced an unfortunate experience at the Paris Olympics of being stripped of the bronze medal she received in the floor exercise.

Jordan Chiles opened up about her return to the UCLA Bruins for the upcoming NCAA season

After completing the Gold Over America Tour in November 2024, Jordan Chiles joined the UCLA Bruins for the upcoming NCAA season. Her return was announced by the Big Ten Championships on their X page on December 12. The post contained a video where she exuded excitement about being back at the college she represented in the NCAA in 2022 and 2023.

Talking about her NCAA return, Chiles said:

"I'm so excited. I honestly miss Poly so much. Being a Bruin has meant everything to me, so it's good to be back. Your girl is back. Your girl is back," Jordan Chiles said.

Talking about bringing her Paris Olympics learnings to the collegiate competition, she added:

"I think just being able to have that atmosphere that we did on the team in Paris and bringing it here to Poly is going to be really fun and just enjoying the moment and always making memories. I honestly miss every single girl on this team and being able to be a huge inspiration to them and also being able to be teammates. It's really cool."

Along with this, Jordan Chiles also made a major announcement about the release of her book, 'I'm That Girl: Living The Power of My Dreams,' which will be out in March 2025. The foreword of this book is written by her dear friend and teammate, Simone Biles.
