Katie Ledecky talks about her mindset after the Paris Olympics
Katie Ledecky recently appeared in The Unfiltered Waters podcast, where she spoke about her mindset after the Paris Olympics. She revealed that after the event, she has not been thinking about the sport too much and hasn't watched her races, unlike her mindset after the Rio and Tokyo Olympics.
"I have done a really good job, I think, of not thinking very much about swimming not analyzing my races from Paris too much. I really haven't watched them probably more than once or twice which I think has evolved over time. I think after London especially and probably after Rio and Tokyo too I would watch some of the races to death," she shared in the podcast," said Katie Ledecky.
Katie Ledecky currently has 38 gold medals, 10 silver medals and 2 bronze medals across the Olympics, World Championships, and Pan Pacific Championships.
