The Lausanne Diamond League is set to commence on August 22, 2024, at the Stade Olympique de la Pontaise, Lausanne, Switzerland. This highly-anticipated event will feature a number of champions from the Paris Olympics.
The Diamond League is in its fifteenth season with the 2024 edition. Multiple Olympic champions and medalists like Letsile Tebogo, Femke Bol, and Fred Kerley are set to compete in Lausanne.
Tebogo will be competing in the 200m dash against the likes of Kerley and Erriyon Knighton. The 400m hurdles Olympic medalist Bol will compete in the discipline at the Lausanne Diamond League.
In the 800m, Olympic champion Emmanuel Wanyonyi will compete against world champion Marco Arop. Mondo Duplantis, who set a world record of 6.25m during the Paris Olympics, will also be seen competing in the pole vault event. Olympic champion Miltiadis Tentoglou is slated to compete in the long jump event.
