Lindsey Vonn reacted to Jannik Sinner's list of the best skiers of all time. The American athlete was elated to be named the best by the Italian tennis player. Since Sinner wasn't given the skiers' names all at once, he had a tough time ranking them and didn't have a top spot remaining to rank former Italian Alpine Skiing World Cup Champion Alberto Tomba.

Vonn made headlines in December when she announced that she would be returning to the slopes to compete professionally once again six years after her retirement. This decision came after the American Alpine Skier had undergone a partial knee replacement surgery to treat the recurring issues and find a permanent solution.

On the other hand, Jannik Sinner is currently gearing up to compete in the first round of the Australian Open against Nicolás Jarry. Amid busy schedules, Sinner engaged in a fun challenge in an interview with Eurosport where he ranked the best Alpine skiers of all time. Sinner was asked to rank four skiers in the fourth place, three skiers in the third place, two skiers in the second place, and the ultimate best.

But here's the catch: Jannik Sinner wasn't given the names of the skiers beforehand, and he had to rank them spontaneously. He ranked Tina Maze, 11-year-old Jannik Sinner, Marco Odermatt, and Mikaela Shiffrin in fourth position. Federica Brignone, Bode Miller, and Alberto Tomba. Sinner apologized to Tomba as there were no other slots available. Sofia Goggia and Marcel Hirscher were named second.

He named Lindsey Vonn as the best skier, according to him. Vonn reacted to the video and wrote:

"Lol Thanks, Jan," she wrote.

Lindsey Vonn and Jannik Sinner had the opportunity to ski together in the Italian tennis player's hometown. Sinner took to X to express his gratitude for being able to host Vonn as well as ski down the slopes with her in Italy.

He further revealed that it was a very special moment for him to be able to ski with one of the best skiers in the world.

"Hosting Lindsey and skiing near my hometown is something that l'll treasure for a long time. It's hard to put into words how truly special it was for me to spend the day and ski with one of the greatest to ever do it ⛷️" he wrote.

Furthermore, Vonn described Sinner to be a very skilled skier but revealed that they were very cautious as she did not want him to get injured.
