At the 2024 Paris Games, Duplantis defended his title by registering a world record of 6.25m, defeating Sam Kendricks and Emmanouil Karalis, who posted 5.95m and 5.90m, respectively. In the carousel of pictures shared by the pole vaulter, he included a picture of himself flaunting the Olympic gold medal right after the medal ceremony.
He gave a close look at the Paris Games' gold medal in a video. Fresh off his Paris victory, the 25-year-old got engaged to longtime girlfriend Inglander on October 11, 2024, at an elaborate event in the Hamptons. He also shared a picture of the duo embracing a kiss under the northern lights.
The Swedish-American athlete bested two-time Olympic medalist (400m hurdles) Karsten Warholm in a 100m sprint faceoff by clocking a stunning time of 10.37 seconds, ahead of the Norwegian's 10.47 seconds. Following the 2024 Games, Duplantis continued his world-record-breaking streak at the Silesia Diamond League, in Poland, listing his 10th world record of 6.26m.

Inglander, who has been in a relationship with the Olympian since 2020 after meeting him at a Midsummer party in Stockholm expressed her love for the Olympian's year-end feature film by posting a heart in the comment section.
In the collection of images, Duplantis also shared pictures of him playing golf and savoring delicious food.
