The NACAC New Life Invitational 2024 is scheduled for June 16, with fans eagerly awaiting the action. Taking place in the Thomas A Robinson Stadium in the Bahamas, the event promises cutthroat competition in 22 different events.

The World Athletics Continental Tour Silver competition offers a valuable opportunity for athletes in North America, Central America, and the Caribbean to get the points required to improve their world rankings. With many athletes trying to qualify for the Paris Olympics, the competition on Sunday will likely feature quite a few mind-blowing performances.

As is the case for most track and field events, the spotlight at the NACAC New Life Invitational will be on the men's and women's 100m dash. On the men's end, no one enters the competition on the back of an under 10-second seed time. The closest to the mark are Rikkoi Brathwaite and Wanya McCoy, both of whom have seed times of 10.03.

Meanwhile, the fastest athlete in the women's 100m dash will be Joella Lloyd, who comes into the New Life Invitational with a time of 11.06.

NACAC New Life Invitational 2024: Prize Money

The NACAC New Life Invitational boasts a total purse of $75,6500. The cash awards will be distributed to everyone who finishes in the top five in 19 of the 22 scheduled events. The gold medalists will be given $2,000, while silver and bronze medalists are handed $1,000 and $600 respectively. Fourth and fifth-place finishers will be given $500 and $350. Additionally, all participating athletes will be given a t-shirt from the competition as a souvenir.
