Nebraska Cornhuskers women's volleyball player Harper Murray shared a heartfelt note this week for her boyfriend, Heinrich Haarberg. This came just a few days after the conclusion of her team's 2024 season.
Murray is currently in her off-season, and she is enjoying her downtime by spending her time with her boyfriend, who plays for the Nebraska Cornhuskers football team. She made her feelings known for her boyfriend as she shared a picture on her Instagram story, in which both of them were in the stands, striking a pose together.
The note on her story read:
"I'm the proudest girlfriend in the world. I lobe you!! Pinstripe [email protected]"
This isn't the first time Murray has shared updates with her boyfriend. She recently shared glimpses of her shopping date with him. She first shared a mirror selfie of herself, in which she was wearing a black leather jacket paired with black shoes. Following this, she added another picture of her boyfriend trying on a puffer jacket at the mall and wrote in the story:
"Puffer season @heinrich.haarberg"
Prior to this, the Nebraska women's volleyball team suffered defeat in the semifinal match against Penn State. Following this loss, Murray shared a heartfelt note for her team, exuding pride in them.

Harper Murray opened up about her feelings about the Nebraska Cornhuskers' loss in the semifinal against the Penn State Nittany Lions. She penned a heartfelt note saying she was proud of her team no matter what the result was.
She wrote:
"I have never been more proud.This group of girls helped me find a smile that I thought was gone forever and I am so damn proud. Being surrounded by people who refuse to give up on you and stay by your side is the biggest gift of all time.
"I love this team with all of my heart and am forever grateful for every memory we have together. Volleyball isnt about wins, losses, kills, stats...its about finding the positive and being proud of the growth we have made as people and to enjoy what we did together. gbr forever see u next year."
Murray recently also spoke about her plans for the 2025 season, saying that with Merritt and Lexi leaving the team after the 2024 season, she and other players need to step up for the upcoming season. She also said she wants to focus on the physical and mental aspects of her game.
