Harper Murray, the University of Nebraska's prominent volleyball player, congratulated her new teammate Campbell Flynn on being named Gatorade Player of the Year. She expressed excitement about the award-winning champion joining the Nebraska Cornhuskers women's volleyball team.
The Gatorade Player of the Year Award was presented in a surprise ceremony at Flynn's school gym, with April Ross, a three-time Olympic medalist, presenting the honor. In an Instagram story, Murray expressed her pride and excitement, welcoming the new member to the Huskers family, and wrote:
"Runs in the program ['wink' emoji] @huskervb @campbell.flynn06 @legacyvolleyballclub"
"So so proud of you Campbell. I can't wait to be part of your journey as a Husker. See you soon, Husker nation," Harper Murray added.
In 2024, Harper Murray made significant strides in her volleyball career. For her exceptional skills and leadership, she was named Most Valuable Player at the Americas Players Challenge. She also earned the title of the Best Outside Hitter at the Pan American Cup U19.
