Noah Lyles announced his return to the track in the upcoming Indoor season. The American athlete revealed that he began his preparations for the upcoming track season last month and will be making his first appearance at the Boston Indoor Grand Prix.
Lyles emerged as one of the top athletes for the Olympic podium after incredible performances in early races in the 2024 track season. After an unbeaten streak in the U.S. Olympic Track and Field Trials, he competed for the Olympic crown, aiming for three gold medals.
However, the 27-year-old's dream of winning three gold medals remained unfulfilled as he won the gold medal in the men's 100m and the bronze medal in the men's 200m. Noah Lyles withdrew from the 4x100m relay as he tested positive for COVID-19, ultimately ending his Olympic campaign.
Since then, Lyles has made several appearances in major events and also shared a major update about his personal life as he got engaged to his girlfriend Junelle Bromfield. In a recent question and answer session on Instagram, Noah Lyles shared a major update about his upcoming races.
He answered a question regarding whether he would participate in Indoor races in the 2025 season. Lyles revealed that he plans to make his first Indoor appearance of the season at the Boston Indoor Grand Prix which will begin from February 2, 2025.
