Elite athletes Coco Gauff, Athing Mu, and Anna Hall, recently shared their appreciation for Gabby Thomas' look at the Footwear News Achievement Awards. Thomas was present at the high-profile event to represent New Balance.
The 38th annual Footwear News Achievement Awards were held on Wednesday, December 4, 2024, at Cipriani South Street in New York City. Thomas presented New Balance with the Company of the Year award at the 2024 FNAAs.
The multiple-time Olympic medalist, who signed a deal with the athletic apparel and footwear brand in 2018, wore the New Balance FuelCell SuperComp MD-X v3 spikes during the 200m event at the 2024 Paris Games. She dominated the event with a stunning time of 21.83 seconds to defeat the 100m champion Julien Alfred and fellow teammate Brittany Brown, who registered 22.08 and 22.20 seconds, respectively.
Thomas turned heads with her classy outfit at this week's event in NYC. She donned a white bow-adorned outfit, including a blazer and short skirt. She paired these with black socks and boots and completed the look with minimal jewelry, including diamond earrings and rings.
The Olympic medalist from the Paris Games shared a few glimpses of the night on social media. Taking to Instagram, she shared pictures with other prominent figures, including Rihanna, Jackie Joyner-Kersee, and Angel Reese.
