After the meeting, Konnor McClain shared a few glimpses of her routines during the event. Additionally, she also posted a special video of her celebratory dance after her routine. She wrote in the caption:

"U ARE AMAZING KON"
McClain is currently in her second year at the LSU program. In her freshman year in 2024, the Las Vegas native performed impressively and also won the individual beam balance title in the SEC Championships.
Konnor McClain shares kind words for her senior teammate Olivia Dunne
LSU sophomore Konnor McClain spoke about Olivia Dunne, her senior, in a recent interview. McClain called Dunne one of the "most down-to-earth" and genuine people, despite her immense social media fame and presence.
Additionally, she also heaped praise on Dunne's gymnastic skills and called it the reason for the latter's comeback for an additional fifth year. She said (via WAFB Podcast, 12:13 onwards):
"She's amazing, I don't have the words to describe her. She's such a genuine person and so light-hearted and she's just so herself all the time and people might think differently because like her social media, look and everything but she is definitely the most down-to-earth girl you will ever meet and her gymnastics is amazing. "
She also added:
"She also loves gymnastics and that's why she came back. She didn't come back for anything else. "
During the interview, Konnor McClain also stated that she and her LSU teammates are grateful for Olivia Dunne's comeback to her fifth season.
