Olivia Dunne has demanded a 'super suit' leotard to the LSU Gymnastics ahead of the team's SEC home opener against Florida Gators on Friday. The Lady Tigers started off their 2024 season with a dominating victory against Iowa State earlier this month.

LSU Gymnastics shared a series of pictures of gymnast Konnor McClain in a glittering leotard on Friday, January 15. They revealed that it was going to be the team's super suit when they take on Florida Gators inside the Pete Maravich Assembly Center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

"Stepping out in our supersuit tonight 🦸‍♀️," they wrote.

Olivia Dunne, who is in her fifth and final year with the Lady Tigers, replied to the post and demanded that she should also receive her supersuit.

"Honey where’s my super suit?!," she commented.

Similar to Konnor McLain, Dunne modeled a "white dazzler" leotard for LSU ahead of their season opener against Iowa State on January 3rd. The Lady Tigers registered a landslide 197.3 – 194.1 victory against Iowa, with Dunne contributing to the scores on floor exercise and balance beam.

She scored 9.875 to tie for third place in the floor exercise and 9.825 for second place in the balance beam. The 22-year-old played a pivotal role in LSU's second-place finish in the Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad Meet as well, scoring 9.725 on uneven bars, 9.775 on the balance beam, and 9.85 on the floor.

Olivia Dunne graduated with a degree in interdisciplinary studies from LSU in 2024 but decided to return to the Gymnastics team using her extra year of COVID-19 eligibility. The 22-year-old said her decision was inspired by a renewed love for the sport after LSU's maiden NCAA title last year, and after starting the title defense on a high, she is proud of her decision.

“The best way I can describe it was complete joy. I had a blast and I feel like the decision to come back was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made," she said during a press conference [2:56 onwards].

The All-American gymnast also added that she felt closest to the team this season, and would now be eager to cap off her collegiate career with another NCAA Gymnastics Championship.
