Olivia Dunne expresses astonishment on witnessing massive turnout as she makes appearance at college game day with boyfriend Paul Skenes

Olivia Dunne was amazed at the number of people who showed up for ESPN's College GameDay, where she was invited as a guest picker alongside her boyfriend, Paul Skenes. This came after Dunne updated her about her new role and invited her fans to the LSU Tigers vs. Alabama Tigers showdown.

Olivia Dunne concluded her 2023-24 season with LSU's monumental National title win at the NCAA Championships, the team's first ever victory in program history. In the past season, she also contributed scores to LSU's title win at the SEC Championships.

After returning to LSU for her extra year of eligibility, the 22-year-old shared updates about her time in the gym. On November 8, 2024, Dunne took to her Instagram story to express excitement over her invitation to ESPN's College GameDay as guest picker, alongside her partner Paul Skenes.

On November 9, 2024, she posted an update on her Instagram story about the huge turnout, with her caption reading:

Before LSU takes on Alabama on Saturday night, Dunne sided with her college team, writing:

"I mean, a night game in Death Valley? There's only one right answer, and it's LSU."

The couple had to choose the winners of nine games in total, starting with Miami in Miami vs. Georgia Tech match-up. In a turn of events, their pick was defeated by the opponents 28 - 23.

In an Instagram post from November 8, 2024, Olivia Dunne enacted a hilarious skit on 'studying football' before she shared the panel with ESPN College GameDay analyst, Pat McAfee.

"Me studying football so I don't embarrass myself on college game day," her in-video caption read.

The 22-year-old's post caption said:

"I'm just a girl"

Besides choosing Miami and LSU in their respective match-ups, the couple made the following picks as well.

Dunne and Skenes met in Baton Rouge and the latter officialized their relationship in an interview with the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette in August 2023.
