Olivia Dunne received fan support after her gymnastics stint at LSU's face-off with Arkansas Razorbacks at SEC's road opener. Dunne made her senior season debut on January 3, 2025, after announcing her return to the NCAA in July 2024.
Dunne was a member of the LSU gymnastics squad that lifted its first NCAA Championships trophy in 2024. Scoring 198.2250 points, the Tigers ousted Florida, Utah, and California in the finals. Though Dunne didn't participate, she consistently cheered on her teammates from the sidelines.
Having announced her return in July last year, the 22-year-old made her season debut with the LSU Tigers on January 3, 2025. She contributed scores to her team's winning 197.300 points while Iowa State trailed with 194.100.
Recently, after LSU's fourth meet appearance in the ongoing season, losing to the Arkansas Razorbacks, Dunne took to her Instagram story to share fan stories. A fan named Avery Hrabal shared a photo with the gymnast with the caption:
"Hey @livvydunne !"
Olivia captioned her story as:
"So sweet" with a red heart emoji.
On a quest to defend the National title, the LSU team finished second at the Sprouts Farmers Market Collegiate Quad meet on January 11. In the next home meet on January 17, the Tigers trounced the Florida Gators 197.550 - 197.450.
A recent Instagram post of Dunne featured her different locations at her alma mater, posing for a mirror selfie or sharing frames with her girls in purple leotards.
"A fabulous day to be a tiger," she captioned.
In awe of the gymnast, a fan jumped to the post to leave a cheeky comment, reading:
"Hope you know CPR cuz you just took my breath away."
Dunne referred to her boyfriend Paul Skenes unhesitantly and said:
"I'm telling Paul"

In 2023, Dunne made her Swimsuit issue debut for Sports Illustrated. She traveled to Puerto Rico for her beach shoot. Recently, in her Instagram story, the 22-year-old reminisced about her first shoot with the publication.
"2 years ago today at my first @si_swimsuit shoot," Dunne wrote.
Shortly after LSU's National title win on April 20, 2024, LSU honored Olivia Dunne with the Coached Award for always supporting her team.
