Noah Lyles has reunited with his girlfriend and fellow track star, Junelle Bromfield, engaging in "boyfriend duties" after his Paris Olympics feats. Lyles won the 100m gold and 200m bronze, while Bromfield debuted in the 400m at the 2024 Games.
Lyles and Bromfield socially debuted as a couple at the 2022 USATF (United States Track & Field) Night of Legends event. By then the two had already made their Olympic debuts in the 2020 Tokyo Games, where Lyles earned the 200m bronze and his now-girlfriend helped Jamaica take the 4x400m relay victory.
At the 2024 Paris Olympics, both made their second appearance, with Lyles scheduled for the 100m, 200m and 4x100m and Bromfield for the 400m and 4x400m relay events.
The world champion added the 200m bronze to his Olympic haul this year after having won the 100m in 4.79s at Stade de France in the host nation's capital. Junelle Bromfield finished fifth in the 4x400m mixed relay and missed out on a spot in the 400m finals.
After their Olympic stints, the couple reunited for shopping and Lyles took to his Instagram story to share the ironic duties of an Olympic champion -- holding Bromfield's shopping bag. He said:
"The Olympic champion is now a bag holder."
In response, the Jamaican also shared a story to state that "boyfriend duties" are a priority.
"Boyfriend duties takes priority," she said along with two laughing emojis.
After her Paris Olympics qualification, Junelle Bromfield opened up about how Noah Lyles' mother, Keisha Caine Bishop, helped her navigate her transition to Florida among other things.

Junelle Bromfield recently spoke about how Noah Lyles' mother, Keisha Caine Bishop, helped her train for the Olympics when she was not in a good space after losing members of her family. She said during an on-track interview last month (via The Inside Lane):
"I want to give a big shout-out to my boyfriend and his mom because when I went to Florida, I wasn’t driving, and she took me to training and back every day, which was like 40 minutes. That’s a support that I’m extremely grateful for." [02:00]
Further, ahead of the 2024 Games, Lyles discussed how he is treated whenever he visits Jamaica and said in June (via Jamaican Observer):
“When you go to Jamaica, you’re treated like a freaking rock star.” [01:45]
After his 100m feat in Paris, Lyles ran to the stands to embrace his girlfriend.
