Quincy Hall was honored at the Arrowhead as he went to the stadium to cheer on the Kansas City Chiefs. The Kansas native was celebrated by the crowd for his incredible performance at the Paris Olympics 2024.
The American athlete specializes in the 400m and 400m hurdles events and stood atop the podium of the 400m race in Paris. Hall cruised to victory by clocking a time of 43.40s and bested Matthew Hudson-Smith, who secured second place with a time of 43.44s. The third place was claimed by Muzala Samukonga, who recorded a time of 43.74s.
Days after his terrific feat at his maiden Olympics, the athlete was seen at the Arrowhead Stadium, where he went to support the reigning NFL champions in their kick-off game against the Baltimore Ravens. He reached the venue with his Olympic gold medal and donned the classic red jersey of the team.
Quincy Hall was seen hyping up the crowd and flaunting his gold medal. SNF on NBC shared the video of the moment on Instagram, adding the caption:

Quincy Hall opened up about winning gold in a post-race interview with Olympics.com. He exuded confidence in himself and said he knew he could win. He also spoke about his hard work and that for the next four years, he can say he is an Olympic champion.
"I told you guys I was going to get a gold medal this year and I guess I just showed you I did it," Hall said. "I know I can win. I knew it today. That's what I've been doing my whole career."
He added:
"I don't give up. I just grit, I grind. I've got determination. Anything I think will get me to that line, I think of it. A lot of hurt, a lot of pain. I just won. It's over. For the next four years, I can say I'm an Olympic champion."
American track and field athlete Quincy Hall had a notable NCAA career, being the NCAA Outdoor Champion in the 400m hurdles in 2019. In addition, he also won the NACAC U23 Championship in the same event in the same year. The 26-year-old is also a world champion, having won gold in the 4x400m relay event at the 2023 Budapest Championships.
