Simone Biles shared that she likes to attend her husband Jonathan Owens' games and the Chicago Bears safety loves attending the Olympian's shows and competitions. She also said the two constantly communicate when not in physical proximity due to career commitments.
Biles competed at the 2024 Paris Olympics, winning three golds and a silver with her husband in the audience, glowing in pride. In August, the 11-time Olympic medalist graced the NFL field for the Chicago Bears vs Cincinnati Bengals game but donned a Green Bay Packers' (Owens' previous team) jacket, sparking controversies.
Owens recently surprised his wife in Milwaukee amid the Olympian's Gold Over America tour. The couple then landed in Chicago for the NFL player's game against the Los Angeles Rams and Biles' tour stop at the United Center.
Since their destination wedding in May 2023, the couple has been pulling off long-distance due to their career commitments. However, they like reuniting in either Owens' NFL game or his wife's gymnastics event, as unveiled by the 30-time World medalist in an Elle exclusive interview.
"I love to have Jonathan at my shows, and I love to go to his games. But when we can't be together, we are always communicating."
When they meet, the couple also updates about the construction of their new home in Texas, steps out for fancy dinners, or spends quality time at home.
Simone Biles' husband Jonathan Owens shared that supporting each other is their love language

Before Jonathan Owens witnessed Biles bask in glory at the quadrennial event in Paris, he expressed his love of being a cheerleader for Simone Biles and watching gymnastics from an athlete's point of view.
"I love watching [it] from an athlete's perspective because that's how you'd be great in any sport, is just being consistent and doing the same thing consistently good every day. You know what I mean? I love to watch it and I love to be out there and be a cheerleader," said Owens (via People, July 2024).
He also talked about taking down scores and learning about the sport before attending gymnastics events.
"I know the routines. I'm getting the score down. If I'm going to pay attention to it, I have to lock in. I'm going to go full in … So I had to make sure I did some research so I can talk gymnastics language," Owens added.
Recently Owens surprised his wife with an 'S' tattooed on his finger and Biles reciprocated the love with a small 'J' on her ring finger.
