Preparing for her maiden Olympic appearance in Paris, American 100m world champion Sha'Carri Richardson made another splash as she featured in sports apparel giant Nike's recent promotional video.
Richardson is one of America's most promising track athletes. Having won two world championship titles, four Diamond League finals, and the U20 Pan American Championship, she is considered one of the leading medal contenders for the United States at the Paris Olympics. At 24, Richardson is the joint fifth-fastest 100m woman in the world, with a time of 10.65 seconds that she clocked during the 2023 World Athletics Championships to win gold, defeating her Jamaican rivals Shericka Jackson and Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce.
At this year's US Olympics Trials in Hayward Field Stadium in Eugene, Richardson punched her ticket in the 100m event for the Games after winning the finals in 10.71 seconds, which also happened to be the best 100-meter finish by a female this year.
Besides her track pursuits, Sha'Carri Richardson is also making waves for her brand collaborations, as she has partnered with major giants like Sprite, Oikos, and several others.
In a recent development, the Dallas, Texas, native collaborated with American sportswear brand Nike for a promotional video. In the video, she could be seen raising her hands to the crowd, and the clip ends with the tagline, "Winning Isn't For Everyone."
Sharing the update on her Instagram, she wrote:
"The person who’s the fastest is the person who feels it!!!"

Sha'Carri Richardson's long list of accolades made her one of the most popular faces in the athletics domain, which led to major brands rallying behind the athletes for their promotions. As a result, she has partnered with several brands lately.
This year, in May, Richardson was chosen as the face of Sprite's legendary "Obey Your Thirst" campaign and became the first female athlete in history to feature in a Sprite ad. Alongside the sprinter, her mother and grandmother were also featured in the ad.
Furthermore, she also partnered with Oikos for a protein shake promotion. Sharing the video of her partnership on her Instagram, Richardson wrote:

This year, in June, Sha'Carri Richardson joined hands with Athing Mu to promote the beauty brand Olay's cleansing melts. In addition to that, some of her other major brand deal signings include Android, Whoop, Beats by Dre, Air Max Dn, and so on.
