Simone Biles updated about her return from the Switzerland trip, quickly shifting her attention to supporting the Georgia gymnastics team during the ongoing NCAA season. Biles' former coach Cecile Landi recently started her tenure with the Georgia women's gymnastics team as their co-head coach.

Biles has been enjoying gymnastics downtime since the conclusion of her impressive Paris Olympics campaign. She supported her husband Jonathan Owens throughout the NFL season as the latter played with his newly signed team, the Bristol Bears. Following this, she touched down in New York with her husband to surprise Hoda Kotb on her last day with the Today Show.

The couple explored food and picturesque locations in the city besides attending the NBA match-up between the New York Knicks and Oklahoma City Thunder. Biles and Owens then flew to Switzerland for a vacation during their mutual off-season schedule.

Biles often offered glimpses of their experience, shopping, dining, and exploring places. However, her recent Instagram story asserted that she returned home only to stay glued to the TV screen to support her former coach, Cecile Landi's Georgia Gymdogs in the ongoing NCAA season.

"Back home & watching Georgia gym," she captioned.

Simone Biles and her husband Jonathan Owens were in attendance at the Georgia GymDogs' home opener on January 17, 2025. The packed Stegman Coliseum witnessed several fans flocking in to watch them face Boise State University.

In a series of pre-competition picture series on Instagram, Biles featured alongside her husband in Georgia jerseys.

"Calm before the storm," she captioned in anticipation.

The GymDogs trounced Boise State 196.825-193.600 in that meet.

Biles and Owens got married in May 2023 but parted ways for their individual career engagements. Hardly having stayed under the same roof, the couple ensured spending quality time with each other in between gymnastic competitions and NFL games.

In a recent Instagram post, the gymnast shared adorable pictures of the couple from their Switzerland vacation.

"Switzerland" Biles wrote.

The NFL safety expressed love for his wife in the comment section, saying:

"Taking trips with your best friend >> I love you so much baby, i wouldn’t want to do it with anyone else."

The most decorated gymnast was honored with the Sportsperson of the Year title by the Sports Illustrated. She even attended the 2025 VTEX Connect NYC alongside her fiercest gymnastic rival, Rebeca Andrade.
