Simone Biles' former coach, Cecile Landi, reacted to the moment the 27-year-old won the all-around title at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Biles also led the US women's gymnastics team to gold besides winning gold in the vault and silver in the floor exercise.

Cut to 2024, Biles, the 2016 all-around gold medalist, accompanied the girls on the redemption tour, extending her Olympic medal count to 11 at the Paris Games.

Cecile Landi was a Team USA gymnastics coach at the 2024 Summer Olympics. Having trained the 30-time World medalist in WCC since 2017, she has witnessed the Olympian make history on the global stages, prioritize her mental health after 'twisties', and regain her top position with determination and gymnastics prowess.

Landi currently serves as the head coach of the Georgia Gymdogs, mentoring collegiate gymnastics for the 2024-25 NCAA season.

Simone Biles made several off-mat and game appearances after her Olympic success. She frequents the NFL arenas to cheer her husband Jonathan Owens on in his first season with the Chicago Bears.

Shifting her attention to gymnastics, the 27-year-old will be at Georgia Gymdogs' home game on December 17, 2024. UGA Gymnastics' announcement on its Instagram handle read:

"We are super excited to announce that special guest Simone Biles will be attending the Gymdogs’ first home meet of the season!"

Ecstatic to meet her, Gymdogs' head coach Cecile Landi shared the post in her Instagram story with the caption,

"I can't wait to see you"

Biles' Gold Over America Tour stop in Georgia had a special guest, Cecile Landi, on October 13, 2024. Amazed by the performances of the gymnasts, the latter shared frame with Biles and French gymnast, Melanie dos Santos, captioning her Instagram story as:

"Loved seeing you and the show tonight."

Laurent Landi also bid farewell to the World Champions Center ahead of the 2025 season.
