The 27-year-old athlete captured headlines in the French capital by securing three gold medals and a silver following her withdrawal from the Tokyo Olympics due to experiencing 'twisties.' Biles won gold medals in the team all-around, individual all-around, and vault events, along with a silver in the floor exercise apparatus. Courtesy of her remarkable performance in Paris, she became the most decorated American Olympic gymnast, surpassing Shannon Miller, to whom she was previously tied with seven medals.

After wrapping up her 2024 Summer Games campaign, Biles kicked off the Gold Over America Tour, aka GOAT, alongside her teammates, including Jordan Chiles, Jade Carey, Hezly Rivera Paul Juda, Brody Malone, Fred Richard, and Joscelyn Roberson, among others. After visiting 23 arenas across the United States, the tour is nearing its conclusion with only seven more cities left to cover. In this final phase, Biles and her team have been joined by her husband, Jonathan Owens. The athletic couple has been sharing behind-the-scenes fun from the tour on their social media handles.

In a recent update from the tour, Biles shared a video on her Instagram story showing the couple taking a shot of a wellness drink. As soon as they take a shot from the syringe, their faces contort in reaction to the unpleasant taste. Wellness shots are formulated to provide all the essential nutrients necessary for the body's well-being.

"This wellness shot almost took us out," Biles captioned the story.

"It is so much fun having two professional athletes and people think that we would like compete so much. He's competitive. I'm not competitive. If we're playing a video game or whatever or cards like, I think that's so much fun, and I don't care if I win or lose. Like he has to keep going until he wins because he's just like, that's his type of personality." Biles said. (via Olympics.com)

Cleveland, Ohio, will be the next stop on Simone Biles' Gold Over America Tour on Sunday, October 27.
