Simone Biles' husband Jonathan Owens shares glimpses of his vacation with the gymnast in Switzerland

Simone Biles' husband Jonathan Owens recently went on a vacation to Switzerland. The safety player from Chicago Bears shared glimpses of his journey to Switzerland on Instagram.

Owens uploaded several snippets of his journey on his Instagram story. Biles confirmed the same by uploading a photo on her timeline from Switzerland, with the caption:

"Good morning Switzerland"

Previously, Owens and Biles had hinted at a trip, when Biles uploaded a photo of herself and Owens on a private jet. She captioned the post as:

"And we're off again".

Biles recently attended the gymnastics face-off between Georgia Gymdogs and Boise State University. The 27-year-old gymnast had attended the game in honor of her former coach Cecile Landi, who had joined the University of Georgia as the head coach after her stint at the World Champions Center. Landi had accepted the offer beforehand, but didn't join the University of Georgia until the Paris Olympics got over.

Simone Biles had an eventful season last year. Apart from winning four medals at the Paris Olympics, the American gymnast was also recently awarded the Sportsperson of the Year Award by the Sports Illustrated Magazine.

Jonathan Owens' support for Simone Biles is quite evident. Recently, the NFL player also opened up in a Q&A session with the Sports Illustrated on why Biles is the better athlete between the two.

When asked about this, Owens replied:

"I’m not doing no backflips. Nah."

Likewise, when asked who was the better cheerleader among the two, Biles referred to Owens. In her opinion, Owens was more attentive compared to her.

"Jonathan, he knows more and he really pays attention. After the first half, I lose track of the game," she mentioned.

Owens quickly added to her statement:

"She'll hear everybody else yelling and she'll be like, 'What happened.' But you know, it's the thought that counts, I love it."

In another interview with Olympics.com in December 2024, Biles mentioned about her off season schedule with Owens. In her words:

"Oh, goodness. It depends. If I'm travelling, doing events, or staying home. If I'm staying home with the dogs, I'm usually cleaning up around the house and then prepping food for when Jonathan gets out of practice. So, a very lazy day."

Simone Biles is currently preparing for the 2025 season. Jonathan Owens opened his 2025 season for NFL with a much needed victory against the Green Bay Packers, where the Chicago Bears won by a score of 24-22.
