Biles and Owens first met in 2020 on the celebrity dating app Raya, right before the COVID-19 pandemic. Over the next few months, the duo quickly grew close and went public with their relationship later the same year.
In 2022, Owens popped the question on Valentine's Day. The couple got married a year later, first in an intimate courthouse ceremony in Biles’ hometown of Texas, before heading to Cabo, Mexico, for a grand wedding.
Most recently, Simone Biles took to her Instagram stories to share snaps of the couple's vacation in Switzerland. In the series of photos shared by the gymnast, the couple can be seen making the most of their vacation, sporting matching puffer jackets as they enjoy the sights that Switzerland has to offer before they both return to their busy lives as the top athletes of their sports.

For Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens, 2025 has already seen them travel quite a bit. Prior to their getaway to Switzerland, the duo had taken a quick trip to New York.
While there, Biles surprised Hoda Kotb on her last day hosting the Today show. The gymnast also stopped by an NBA game with her husband. Taking to Instagram, she shared photos from the couple's visit to the city, writing,
“NY 🍅🗽🚕.”
After New York, Biles and Owens also took a quick trip to Georgia to cheer for the gymnast's former coach Cecile Landi and her University of Georgia gymnastics team as they made their season debut.

Both athletes are often present on the sidelines when their other half is competing, with Owens even taking a few days off from a Chicago Bears camp to watch his wife compete at the Paris Olympics.
