After receiving the honor, Biles gave a heartfelt speech about her career and also shared an adorable message for Jonathan Owens, extending her gratitude for his presence in every situation.
"To my husband Jonathan, thank you for being with me through the highs and the lows and always being by my side no matter what," Simone Biles said.

“When I started doing gymnastics when I was six, I never imagined winning medals and everything I’ve been fortunate enough to do up until this point. I just wanted to have fun and, hopefully, get a college scholarship. I kind of surpassed all of that, which is super exciting. But every day that I spend competing alongside my teammates is truly a gift."
Simone Biles wrapped up her 2024 after executing the second edition of the Gold Over America Tour. Before that, she wrapped up her Paris Olympics campaign, winning three gold medals and one silver medal.
She won her first gold medal in the team all-around event, where she and the team scored 171.296 points. Following this, she earned her other two gold medals in the individual all-around and vault events.
