Simone Biles steals the show in customized Jonathan Owens-themed outfit to cheer for her husband on NFL game day

Olympic champion and gymnastics legend Simone Biles recently turned heads with her appearance at the NFL game between the Chicago Bears and Seattle Seahawks. The 27-year-old arrived in a customized outfit to cheer for her husband Jonathan Owens, who represents the Bears.

Biles turned up in a bob cut and an outfit that was embossed with images of Owens all over it. The official Instagram page of the NFL shared a glimpse of the same, with the caption:

"Supporting her husband 🧡."

Sadly for the Bears, even Biles' appearance at the game couldn't change their fortunes. They lost 3-6 to the Seahawks, making it their 10th consecutive loss in a row. This was their last home game for the year as well.

Biles had decided to celebrate Christmas with Owens by attending the NFL games. In an interview with the Olympics Gymnastics YouTube channel, she described her plans for the Christmas celebrations, saying:

"Honestly, just the two of us. Nothing crazy, um, we're going on vacations next year, so we can't even do a Christmas this year. Honestly, just relaxing, and then we've to come back to downtown to report to the hotel. "

Simone Biles won four medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics, including three golds. She is now the most decorated American gymnast ever, with a total of 11 Olympic medals, including seven golds.

It's no secret that Simone Biles attends most of the NFL games involving Jonathan Owens and his team Chicago Bears. In a recent interview, she revealed the significance of her visits and what it meant to her husband.

In the interview with Olympics.com, Biles mentioned:

"Oh my gosh. It means the world to me. And I know it means so much to him for me to be able to go and support his games. For him, it means a lot for me to go on the sideline before because he says that's his pre-game routine. So he's always looking for me on the sideline to give him, like, good luck vibes and wishes. That's just his superstition."

Biles added that contrary to her personality, Owens would seem relaxed and focused towards his upcoming games.

"Well, usually, you're not allowed to be with him the night before, so we sleep separately in the hotel. And then after that, he usually comes up, gives me a kiss goodbye. So, it's very ... He's so chill. He's relaxed. And that's also his personality. Not as stressed as me," she said.

With 2024 coming to an end, both Simone Biles and Jonathan Owens are hopeful for better performances in the upcoming season. Chicago Bears will next face the Green Bay Packers on January 5.
