Sha'Carri Richardson led Team USA's 4x100m relay squad to win the gold medal with a dominant performance at the 2024 Paris Olympics. Leading the anchor leg, Richardson gave a deadly stare to Daryll Neita before crossing the finish line with fans getting hyped up over the world champion’s look.

The USA 4x100m relay team consisted of Richardson, Melissa Jefferson, Twanisha Terry, and Gabby Thomas. Jefferson started the first leg with a decent split of 11.46s before Terry sent the USA back into the lead with a blistering split of 9.98s.

Newly crowned 200m Olympic champion, Gabby Thomas was on the third leg, running a 10.29s split. The baton exchange between Thomas and Richardson wasn't perfect, with the 100m world champion trailing behind. However, she sprung into her top gear, taking the lead 50m before the finish line.

With Sha'Carri Richardson running away from the field, Great Britain’s Daryll Neita looked to speed up. The American sprinter looked towards her right, stathe Brit as she kept running smoothly.

Sha'Carri Richardson had an underwhelming campaign in the 100m dash at the 2024 Paris Olympics. The world champion finished second in the semifinal behind the eventual world champion Julien Alfred.

She clocked 10.89s while Alfred ran 10.84s as both qualified for the finals. Despite the semifinal loss, Richardson was the favorite to take the 100m crown. Following a poor start, Richardson was at the back of the field as they neared the 50m mark.

Alfred went all in, running away from the pack. Although Richardson followed her behind, she couldn't catch St. Lucia's first Olympic medalist.
